Cracky Mac- Our baked macaroni and cheese is rich in cream, with the perfect ratio of cheese to noodles. A family recipe, passed down by 3 generations, our mac contains 5 cheeses with a special blend of herbs and spices.
Burny Mac- We take our baked macaroni and cheese and top it with pork belly burnt ends. Our pork belly is cured in house all week and smoked over hickory wood, basted with our homemade BBQ sauce, and crisped up. Bacon makes everything better!
